We offer a 30-day return policy, meaning you have 30 days from the date you receive your item to request a return.
- Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return, your item must be:
- In the same condition that you received it
- Unworn or unused
- With original tags
- In its original packaging
Proof of purchase is required for all returns.

If your return is approved, we will provide instructions on how to send your item back. Items returned without prior authorization will not be accepted.

- Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon delivery. If your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us immediately so we can evaluate the issue and resolve it as quickly as possible.
- Exchanges
The fastest way to receive a different item is to return the original item. Once your return is approved, you can place a new order.
- Exceptions / Non-returnable Items
We do not accept returns for:
- Sale items
- Gift cards
- European Union – 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
If your order is delivered within the European Union, you have the legal right to cancel your order within 14 days, for any reason and without justification.
- USA & Canada Orders
Due to the high cost of international shipping and import duties (which are included in the purchase price), returns are not accepted for USA and Canada orders.
However, if your item arrives defective, damaged, or incorrect, please contact us and we will arrange a replacement or refund.
- Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved.
If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.
A processing and logistics fee will be deducted from your refund: €15 for all international orders.
This fee helps cover return handling and shipping costs. Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card provider to process the refund.
