Due to logistical constraints, delivery of some orders may take longer than expected. Contact us if you have any questions.

Delivery to EU (European Union) countries: Estimated delivery time is 2-3 business days from the date of your order.

Delivery to USA & Canada: Estimated delivery time of 3-5 working days from the date of your order, depending on destination.

For orders delivered outside the European Union, the carrier may ask you to pay customs duties and possible administrative fees related to customs clearance. These fees depend on the legislation of the country of delivery and although we bear them, we cannot guarantee 100% that you will not be charged something additional at the time of delivery. 

However, if customs duties and any applicable administrative fees are charged, we will issue a refund.
